CHALLENGE:

GE’s myFleetOffice was the industry-leading software for vehicle fleet management. The twelve-year-old application had many feature updates during its life cycle but no major UI updates. Marketing research uncovered GE was losing market share due to an outdated design. Startup and competitors had attractive software but lacking GE’s depth in “Big Data” capabilities. The objective was to overhaul the UI design and improved usability with easier information access.

Login screens implemented customized backgrounds

  • Redesign user login and account creation for enhanced user profile security
  • Created presentations for marketing and leadership teams to sell myFleetOffice2 code base to GE international divisions.
